Those eligible to an NHS Voucher towards the cost of spectacles:-

  • Children under 16

  • Full time students under 19

  • Those receiving:-

  • Income Support

  • Income based JSA

  • Income-related ESA

  • Pension Credit Guarantee Credit

  • Tax Credit with NHS Tax Credit Exempt Certificate

  • HC2 Certificate holders

  • HC3 certificate holders may receive partial/full voucher

  • Children under 16

  • Full time students under 19

  • Adults over 60

  • Those receiving:-

  • Income Support

  • Income based JSA

  • Income-related ESA

  • Tax Credit with NHS Tax Credit Exempt Certificate

  • HC2 Certificate holders

  • Registered blind/partially sighted

  • Diabetes/Glaucoma sufferers

  • Over 40 with close relative with Glaucoma
